Volkswagon authorised service station unable to repair car Air conditioner
My Vento car Air conditioner stopped working on Thursday afternoon 25th June 2015. The car was given at the local authorised service station Shakun motors at around 2.30 pm in Jodhpur .
Today is the fifth day my they have still not able to find even the fault. Their has been even no update from the service people.
I officially filed a complaint with Volkswagon centralised Customer care & the reference is CCR 26809. The customer care response has been even worst. They are just buying time with their usual language but no positive answer as to why an airconditioned fault could not be identified & repaired. I am regretting having bought a Volkswagon car. I had never thought a multinational giant works like a local dhabha mechanic.
The cutomer care guy Ashish was of no help & when asked to provide with a senior's refused to oblige , nor he provided an email id where I could put my complaint in writing. It sounded as if the customer care people are not their to help but just to buy time. My car's registration no is RJ19 CD 6868. Hope some action would be taken now atleast.
I am without a car now for five days. Shame on a multinational giant VOLKSWAGON.
