Manufacturing defect in Samsung Galaxy S2 mobile phone
On 12th Nov'2012 I had purchased a new phone Samsung Galaxy S2 model I9100 online for Rs Rs.25000, and was delivered on 19th Nov'12. This phone has a manufacturing defect, from day one the phone is creating many problems like:
1) It hangs many time and restarts only after removing its battery
2) Installation of Apps from Backup data or SD card is not possible every time, but as i restart the phone same apps get install
3) After submitting it to service center, now taking pic from camera is taking more time.
I had submitted the phone to Samsung authorized services center at Lucknow twice within a week of purchase, still the same problem exists. Now they are saying the motherboard of this brand new phone is to be replaced.
it has a manufacturing defect because these problems do not occur in another phones of same model. I had hardly used this phone for a week. My phone is still deposited in the service center and not getting help from them. My complaint registration number is 8443728138.
Please help me, i want Samsung to refund my money for selling such kind of defective model.
