The service engg. on the company Mr. Kapil Sharma fixed a rubber hose pipe in the back of the fridge and put a bucked infront of the fridge and asked me to empty this bucked after every 4-5 days and told me that this is the policy of the company and on such complaint it is done every where and company can not do more than this. and Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Ambrish also said that the Company can not do more than this. You have to empty this bucked after every 4-5 days.
