Hi myself mushtak shaikh from santacaruz east vakola mumbai 400055. i have got a big issue against my Samsung mobile e7 . i went in the andheri service center and the address is g-2 CENTER POINT BLD.MAKWANE L MUMBAI 400059 .First of all i went in service centre, and in my mobile e7 the display was blank so i went to service centre so they didnt told me dat while opening mobile the display will be broken ,and they kept the mobile for 1 day and after dan on 2nd day they are calling and telling me that your display is been broken ..So it is not my fault first of u have to inform us dat in opening the mobile it will get broken ....so plz take my regards and give me a feedback as soon as possible they are not listening properly . i want my display proper . i really fuck this kind of a service and i will not ever buy a Samsung phone ever and ever .....plz revert me on my email ld [email protected] call me on 9619993453
Again I went to the Samsung service centre than they gave me scrap display . and then they click that picture and send it to the main office of the service centre and telling we will get reply from our main office dan we will solve your problem …This is virst service I have ever been seen in my life … the 2nd copy of this maili will registered a complaints against ull revert back asap………………

Having said that, we always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products. Therefore, we take every feedback with an assurance of improvement with every passing day.

The feedback shared by you regarding the product quality is appreciated. We would like to mention that Samsung provides a free of cost repair during warranty period to ensure equated performance of your product. This warranty is considered void if the product is tampered within the warranty period or due to improper usage.

This is in line with the terms and conditions mentioned in our warranty card provided with every product at the time of sale. In this case, the consumer has to bear the expenses of the repair as once the product is broken, Samsung can not assure the equated performance of the same product.

Therefore, we request you to bare with our efforts to serve you better by allowing us to repair your unit on a chargeable basis. As such the total cost of repair would be Rs. (7921.1). Moreover we proposed you 40 discount on repair cost as a goodwill gesture post management approval, but you were not getting agree. This offer is applicable for one week only.

In conclusion, based on our discussion, we would not be able to cater your request for free of cost repair of your product.

Rest assured that we are taking all possible measures to ensure resolution in shortest possible time to your utmost satisfaction.

We value your relationship with Samsung and assure you of our best services, always.

This kind of bullshit service you gave me . why i should bear the cost because it is not my fault .Its ur responsibility to tell us that while opening the mobile or anything it will be broken .... i will not bear anything , if your giving me as free of cost then its ok otherwise i know what to do , where to go regarding this complaint .......... whenever you make a product then its ur responsibility to look after it otherwise the hell you dnt make a product only ...........

THIS IS LAST MAIL TO YOURL AGAINST THIS ISSUE so verst service samsung ..If u couldnt satisfied the customer dnt youu ever make the product .. make sure you are able to solve queries of customer ...

Now i really think that not to ever belive samsung''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s any product because they can make only products but cannot solve any problems . i have lost my patience by mailing you guies,till yet the problem has not been resolved ..Against this complaint you will able to see on each and every complaint sites and verst about samsung .I really suggest you all that if you are unable to give the service than why should you make the product ...If samsung has damaged my phone then why the hell i should bear .it sshould be done as a free of cost bcoz its your fault ..

Do you all think that im fool over to mail you guise and your not properly giving me the solution . do you understand the meaning of warranty and the hell you are breaking my phone and your telling me to pay the 40 percent discount ...this is fuckshit kind of a service you gave me ...but can you give me reason that why should i bear the money bcoz its your fault and you have to make this sort out ......can u think should i belive in samsung products who cannot solve the problems and making the customer irritated .... im facing a lot of problems against this this isssue bcoz the fuckshit my work is dependend on my phone ... just im telling you that asap revert me and give me as a free of cost otherwise the hell samsung will bear on each and every website and ill tell each and every person that dont use samsung bcoz they are providing bullshit service .............
