This is a Complaint against reliance digital tv customer care.... Its one of the worst worst service.. There is no proper response from the customer care. I got a problem that is signal lost in my Reliance DTH & also i registered a complaint before 15 days but still there is no proper response. Reliance big TV employees coming to office not for working simply for chatting. So pls none of them dare to buy reliance digital tv. Now am really very very fed up of this stupid service........

I changed my residence from kochi to anakkara in idukki dist last month. my service complain on 31-0-2015 my complain id no 236056440 dtd.31-07-2015 and 2nd no is 236277668 dtd.7-08-2015 from the period 31-7-2015 to till date in your side my complain is not closed , company technician not attend my comp. so take necessary action immediately. my contact no.9895078078,9745334552

Dear Sir/Madam, My smart card no is 200947640009, from last more than week I'M unable to view all the channels in reliance D2H. I am calling customer care from past 4 or 5 days and every time i am saying them about this problem and every time they assured me the same that they will send technical person to my home but till now nobody came.I have also recharged of Rs- 300 on 14-sept-15 but then also channels are not coming. Is this kind of service you provide to your customer? I'm totally not satisfied or disagreed by your service. Customer care representative said again they will send technician by today. Please sort out this issue today itself because of this really we are getting problem. Else, sorry to say that i'll permanently disconnect the connection with reliance big TV. BY ANY CONDITION I WANT THIS PROBLEM TO SORT OUT.

Beware of fraud! Reliance digital TV is a fraud TV network.

1. Certain popular channels are not available like Comedy Central, Colors infinity etc
2. half then channels they provide on packs are kind of Tele brand networks.
3. Every plan you need to take via Customer Care and they dont respond to your call immediately. You need days / weeks to reach them once you do that you are not provided proper services and also they drop your calls purposely.
4. Once you take the yearly plan for example bronze plan which says they provide one regional plan for free but they dont. after one yr you realize your money is deducted from your yearly balance. Thus your yearly plan is not for a year it lasts for 6-8 months only. You pay for one yr and you are forced to recharge after 6-8 months so thus they loot ur money. when asked they reply is u watched other regional channels.
5. Finally, most of the channels you get in these basic packs are useless, which you dont watch which is air's only Telebrand kind of shows.

So you get Reliance Big TV you are in a mess.

My name is Dipankar Mukherjee and my smart card no 200546103952. I am facing very much last 15 days, i continuously calling your customer care but phoning too much horrible. Last 15 days my total electricity wiring of my house is burnt out due to sort circuit, so my tv is totally stopped.
